All characters, writing, media, and music featured in our properties are the exclusive property of The CxB Crew™. These works are protected under copyright law, and any unauthorized use, reproduction, or adaptation of our material without prior permission is strictly prohibited. Permission to use our content in derivative works or other projects may be granted upon request, subject to our discretion and terms of use. For inquiries regarding the use of our property, please contact us for further information.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our fan-made characters aren't necessarily protected by any copyright, we can't legally stop you from using them without our permission, but shame on you if you try to steal or use them. Maybe just please don't. There might not be legal consequences, but there will definitely be social consequences within the community.
Music Parameters
If you are seeking to use music owned by the CxB Crew in your projects or any other context, please adhere to the following copyright guidelines:
- Permission must be explicitly obtained before using our music in any media that is not created by us.
- Remixes of our music are strictly prohibited without permission if made under the intent of being used in projects not affiliated with The CxB Crew. Once songs are secured and distributed, they are then now protected under our copyright, as we hold the distribution and intellectual rights. Remixes created for your own fun are allowed and encouraged, but you are not allowed to publish them on streaming services unless explicit permission from Cora is given.
- Our music may not be used in commercialized works under any circumstances without prior authorization.
- Reposting or creating derivative works (such as extensions or adaptations) of our music is strictly prohibited without our consent, which includes AI generated extensions or remixes as well.
- Any form of content leakage or unauthorized re-uploading of our music is strictly forbidden. Violators may face copyright strikes on their channels or other legal actions in accordance with copyright law.
- Any disputes or queries regarding the use of our music should be directed to Cora for resolution in accordance with applicable copyright laws.
- FLP files arenot given out and never will be, please do not ask.
- Do NOT under any circumstances use our music to train AI models or any other automated systems.
Art Parameters
If you are seeking to use art owned by the CxB Crew in your projects or any other context, please adhere to the following copyright guidelines:
- You are not permitted to use our artwork in your own projects, including spritesheets, animations, and renders that we have created.
- Modifying or creating derivative works of our artwork without explicit permission is prohibited. This includes adaptations, transformations, AI training, tracing artwork, and alterations that derive from our original creations.
- Redistribution of our artwork on other platforms or websites is prohibited.
- Fanart is perfectly fine, we heavily encourage fan created artwork, and you are allowed to draw our characters and other properties so long as credit is given accordingly.
- FLA, MDP, PSD, etc. files arenot given out, please do not ask for them.
- Our artwork may not be used in any commercialized works without prior written permission. This includes but is not limited to: merchandise, promotional materials, and products intended for sale.
- We own the right and license to our artwork created for use such as album art and other promotional material, do not redistribute them.
